10-20 Victoria Street comprises two buildings in the heart of Westminster and is close to some of the most historic and sensitive buildings in London.
Both buildings are now in a very poor condition, fail to meet modern environmental standards and are no longer fit for purpose as commercial offices.
This community liaison website sets out how we propose to regenerate this site. It provides key information to the local community and provides a mechanism for all stakeholders to engage with the team and give feedback on our proposals.
